Basic Crochet Hat  While teaching “Learn To Crochet” at Spun Fibre Arts, one of the most common requests is “can I make a hat”. When searching for an easy-to-read pattern proved more difficult that I had anticipated, I decided to create one myself and use an easy-to-use yarn. Feel free to play with the colour combinations, or just choose your favourite and make it all one colour!		Cowl at the Moon A stylish neckwarmer for communing with nature or howling at the moon. This piece is done entirely in garter stitch using either one strand of worsted-weight yarn or two strands of a dk-weight yarn so it’s easy and has a lot of stretch. I have recommended seaming the cowl so you can just pull it over your head and go, but if you prefer, you could add buttons or even a zipper.
